TEAM DYNAMICS AND COLLABORATION artifact description -
5. The artifact I have chosen for team dynamics and collaboration is from module three from my PMG 320, project approaches class. This was a group project on predictive, iterative, and incremental approaches. It was our team charter for the final project. I included this because this was a very diverse team with unique ideas, we were all trying to come together to assign roles and figure out a game plan. It required a lot of patience, understanding, and collaboration. I think it is a wonderful representation of how my skills in team dynamics and collaboration soar.
