OGL CORE COMPETENCIES
five core competencies
I will now introduce the five core competencies that I am going to highlight in my E-Portfolio. I have chosen to discuss project management, conflict resolution, decision making / problem-solving, empathy, and team dynamics & collaboration. I have specifically chosen these five because I am most proficient in these attributes. I have been learning about project management throughout my time at Arizona State University. I also plan to be in management in the future.
Additionally, conflict resolution is always something I continue to improve and is extremely important in all aspects of life. Decision making and problem solving are also characteristics I have grown competent at. Problem solving comes more naturally for me but decision making follows right behind it. I have always had extreme empathy for almost anyone who crosses paths with me. Lastly, team dynamics and collaboration have really came to fruition for me. I am a great teammate and I have the ability to connect with all diverse types of people and I can work well with them too.
