ethical frame analysis
The ethical frame is all about how a company ethically and morally runs. It defines what the company stands for and how they decide to make the workforce and world a better place. It combines all of the other frames together to show how an organization is ethical. It dives deeper into the metaphors for each frame. For example, "the frames also carry implications for creating ethical communities." (Bolman and Deal, 2021, p. 415)
reflection
Ethics is the first thing that employees notice and look for when starting a new company. They want to know what their organizations values and beliefs are. The ethics of an organization outline all of the other frames that have been discussed. Beachfleischman has a family caring ethical dynamic at their business.
