Structural Case Analysis
The structural frame is all about how you view and experience your organization. It is how roles are decided throughout the company. It is a social architecture of a company. Structural frame is all about the environment and how things are run throughout the business. It is the base and studs for an organization. Structural frame describes what goals are desired by a business and how efficient that company is. Quoted from the reading, "effective structure fits an organization's current circumstances including its strategy, technology, workforce, and environment." (Pm4dev, 2021, p. 50)
reflection
A structural frame breaks down why a company was created in the first place. It addresses what goals, visions, missions, etc. are to be obtained. It assesses how efficient a business is or what changes need to be made in order to improve an organization. It was interesting to figure out the structural frame regarding Beachfleischman and how that played a part in this particular scenario.
